Remember, our estimates are customizable according to your needs. E.g.: We can combine asphalt and Metal roofing options in the same quote or include gutters, gutter guards, etc.

Economy Roofing System
We proudly install Owens Corning TruDefintion® Duration® architectural shingles for both our Level 1 Economy and Level 2 Enhanced roofing system options. Duration architectural shingles feature high contrast, monochromatic hues in a wide range of colors and are guaranteed to withstand winds up to 130 miles per hour! This high speed wind resistance is due to the embedded nylon belt on every shingle which acts as a washer and provides a granule free bond. Please remember that shingles are not the only important part of your roofing system. Vanguard Roofing will always use quality components with the highest workmanship standards so you can enjoy peace of mind even while keeping the costs down. Our Economy level roof system includes a 50-year warranty on materials and a 7-year workmanship warranty from Vanguard Roofing.
Owen’s Corning TruDefinition Duration Architectural Designer
Enhanced Roofing System
Our second level or Enhanced option also includes Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles, but with the addition of 7 extra upgrades that allow you to get the maximum life possible from your roof. In this level we also include lifetime pipe flashings, UDL 50 underlayment, sealed cap nails and many more benefits. Our Enhanced level includes a 50-year warranty on materials and an upgraded workmanship warranty of 25-years from Vanguard Roofing. We want this roof to be the last one you will ever need!
Certainteed Grand Manor
Deluxe Shingles
All the same installation upgrades as Enhanced Level 2 are included in our Deluxe level 3 option, but with a much thicker and heavier top-level shingle. This takes your home to the highest level of elegance and extreme durability. You have the choice of the following Deluxe shingle options: GAF Camelot 2, GAF Slate Line, Certainteed Belmont, or Certainteed Grand Manor (Grand Manor has an additional cost). These shingles are the flagship products for Certainteed and GAF. These will always be the priciest shingles on the market but if you are looking to differentiate your house from that of your neighbor’s and raise the market value, this could be the ticket. This level includes a 50-year warranty on materials and a workmanship warranty of 25-years from Vanguard Roofing.
