When you contact Vanguard Roofing about roof replacement we immediately go into action by providing all of the following:

• Conduct a preliminary assessment of your roof; this may involve an onsite visit or use of aerial analysis with the objective of being fully prepared when we meet you in person.
• Schedule an appointment with you to further evaluate and discuss the condition of your roof and give you our professional opinion as to what needs to be done.
• The end product of our assessment and discussion with you will be a written proposal which offers three options for replacement of your roof:  an “Economy Roof,” an “Enhanced Roof” and a “Designer Roof,” each with a detailed explanation of their distinguishing features, including cost. 
• You will also be provided with a selection of colors to choose from, as well as
• An opportunity to consider Special Financing offered by Vanguard, and
• If needed, an explanation of our Claims Assistance program.

When you are ready to move forward, we will ask you to sign our proposal – at which point it becomes a contract stipulating our mutual responsibilities, and we establish a date when work will begin.
